Against the global background of increasingly strict energy-saving and carbon emission reduction regulations, our company officially released the brand-new X-200 series IE3 premium efficiency three-phase AC industrial motors, which have passed CE and ISO9001 international certifications and fully comply with the EU Ecodesign Directive mandatory energy efficiency standards, becoming our core flagship power equipment for overseas markets this year.
The X-200 industrial motor adopts 100% high-purity copper winding and optimized closed air duct cooling structure, with a protection grade up to IP55, which can stably run continuously for 24 hours in dusty, humid, high-temperature and other harsh industrial working conditions. Compared with traditional IE2 standard-efficiency motors, the overall energy loss is reduced by more than 22%, and the service life of bearings and insulation systems is extended by 35%. It can be widely matched with conveying equipment, industrial water pumps, fans, compressors, automated assembly lines and mining machinery in automotive, food processing, metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries.
In the early stage of product R&D, our technical team carried out tens of thousands of load aging tests and environmental simulation verifications. The motor supports multi-voltage customization such as 380V, 400V and 460V, and provides multiple installation specifications of B3, B5 and B35 to meet the installation and power demand differences of customers in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Up to now, we have received intentional orders from more than 12 industrial equipment integrators in Germany, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. Many customers said that replacing old motors with X-200 IE3 high-efficiency products can recover the equipment investment cost within 1 to 3 years through electricity savings.
In the next step, we will continue to expand the power range of the X-200 series from 0.75KW to 315KW, and launch IE4 ultra-high-efficiency motor versions to respond to the increasingly stringent energy efficiency access policies of major global industrial regions and provide more reliable energy-saving power solutions for global manufacturing enterprises.
