Recently, our company successfully completed the batch delivery and on-site technical guidance of 60 sets of V-300 series vector frequency inverters for a municipal water treatment enterprise in Poland. These drive devices are used for the energy-saving renovation of urban constant pressure water supply pump groups, realizing intelligent stepless speed regulation of water pump motors, effectively solving the problems of high energy consumption, frequent mechanical failure and unstable pipeline water pressure existing in the original water supply system.
The V-300 series closed-loop vector inverter is independently developed by our R&D center, which can output 100% rated torque at 0Hz low frequency, perfectly adapt to large inertia load characteristics of water pump and fan equipment. Built-in Modbus-RTU communication protocol and reserved Profinet expansion interface, it can seamlessly connect with the customer’s upper SCADA monitoring system to realize remote real-time data collection, running fault early warning and centralized parameter management of on-site pump equipment. In addition, the product adopts PCB board three-proof coating technology and independent air duct heat dissipation design, which can operate stably for a long time in the high-temperature and humid electrical control room environment of water treatment plants.
According to the feedback from the on-site engineering team, after adopting our V-300 frequency conversion energy-saving scheme, the overall power consumption of the customer’s water supply pump room has been reduced by 32%, the number of equipment maintenance failures has decreased by 65%, and the water supply pressure fluctuation range is controlled within ±0.02MPa, which greatly improves the safety and stability of urban domestic water supply.
This batch of project cooperation marks that our low-voltage drive products have been further recognized in the European municipal environmental protection market. In the future, we will continue to optimize the anti-interference performance and functional customization of the V-300 series, launch special frequency converter models for water supply, HVAC and mining industries, and provide one-stop variable frequency energy-saving technical solutions for global automation system integrators.
